Our estimate: usually 3 to 4 weeks to the US and 2 to 3 weeks to Canada. This is an estimate, not a promise. Your six paintings are ready to approve within 24 hours. Then we print and ship your planner. The clock waits while you review. Orders in November and December take longer.
Printers and carriers are busy in December. Printing and shipping can take longer during the holiday season. We cannot guarantee an arrival date.
Canadian orders include tracking (UPS). US Standard shipping is calculated at checkout, and we email you the tracking link when the carrier provides one.

A casebound hardcover, 5.5 × 8.5 in (14 × 21.6 cm), with every week dated. It has 180 full-color pages on 60 lb uncoated paper, with a matte laminated cover.
When you upload, we tell you if the photo is too small. The shorter side should be at least 800 pixels. Use a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB. A clear, close, daylight photo gives the best paintings.
It is not a medical product and is not made or tested for any condition. What it has: a Top 3 every week and every month, a brain-dump grid and a five-habit tracker on every week, and open day blocks. Some people like those features. Decide whether they fit how you plan.

We use your photo only to create your cat’s illustrated portraits, never for ads or to train AI. We delete it 60 days after your order is delivered, or 30 days after you upload it if you don’t order.
We ship hardcover and spiral planners to the US postal destinations in our shipping policy, and hardcover planners to eligible Canadian addresses. US Standard shipping starts at US$5.99; Canadian Standard shipping starts at CA$15 for one hardcover planner in eligible postal areas and varies by province. Canadian orders with two or more planners require a quote before payment. The territories, northern Ontario postal codes beginning with P, remote, extended-service and some nearby Canadian postal areas require a quote before payment: email [email protected] with your postal code and planner quantity if checkout asks you to contact us or cannot complete your order. Eligible US street addresses can choose expedited shipping, with estimated 2-business-day transit after dispatch; artwork approval and printing take additional time. Rates vary by destination, and each binding may have a separate shipping charge. Our shipping policy lists availability, prices and timing. Final shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. Yes. Use a photo of their cat and put their name on the cover. To send gifts to different addresses, place a separate order for each address.
