Hardcover and spiral planners ship to the US postal destinations listed below and eligible UK postcodes. Only hardcover planners ship to Canada. One order ships to one address.

Canadian Standard shipping uses subsidized fixed regional prices based on supplier quotes. These rates apply to one hardcover planner in eligible postal areas. Your shipping charge is shown before payment. Orders with two or more planners require a quote before payment. Newfoundland and Labrador, the territories, northern Ontario postal codes beginning with P, remote, extended-service and some nearby postal areas also require a quote before payment. If checkout asks you to contact us or cannot complete your order, email us with your postal code and planner quantity. We confirm shipping availability and charges before payment.
United Kingdom shipping
For UK orders containing one hardcover or spiral planner only, shipping is calculated at checkout for eligible postcodes and shown before payment. UK orders with two or more planners, orders containing other products and postcodes outside checkout coverage require a quote before payment. If checkout asks you to contact us or cannot complete your order, email us with your postcode and order details. We confirm shipping availability and charges before payment.
For UK planners, standard production is estimated at 5–7 business days after you approve your pages and the printer receives the approved files. Transit begins after dispatch and takes additional time, depending on the service and destination. Production may take longer during busy periods, including Christmas. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
US expedited shipping
Where available at checkout, FedEx 2Day shipping costs US$21.99 for the contiguous US and Washington, DC, or US$32.99 for Alaska and Hawaii. It is available for orders of up to 2 items in total, including any other products, delivered to a physical street address. It is unavailable for PO boxes, military addresses and other US postal destinations. Transit is estimated at 2 business days after dispatch. Artwork preparation, your approval and printing happen before dispatch. Faster shipping does not speed up printing.
If your order includes both bindings, each binding may have a separate shipping charge. Final shipping and taxes are shown at checkout.
Shipping charges are shown before payment. Some destinations require a shipping quote before payment. If we discover an address or shipping-rate issue after checkout, we will contact you before printing to discuss a solution. We will not add charges without your express agreement. You may choose to cancel before printing for a full refund. This policy does not limit your statutory rights or give us a right to increase an agreed price or cancel a paid order where the law prohibits it.
Approval, printing and delivery
Nothing is printed before you approve your pages. Production and transit take additional time; holiday delays are possible.
For US planners, holiday production can take 7–10 business days or longer before transit begins. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Up to 5 free hand-fixes per order, across your 6 paintings. You have 7 days after our email to ask; we remind you, and never approve for you.
Planner returns and order problems
Still not your cat after that: full refund, before printing. No change-of-mind returns.
After printing: damage or misprint only. Send a 10–20 s video showing the damage and the order number on the last page, within 48 hours of delivery.
For an order problem or a parcel that has not arrived, write to [email protected] with your order number.
Made-to-order canvases
Destinations and shipping costs
Free Basic shipping in the US. Canada shipping is shown at checkout.
Canadian orders may be subject to duties and taxes payable by the recipient.
We deliver to street addresses in the United States and Canada — no P.O. boxes or military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses. Please check your address carefully before you order. If a carrier cannot deliver a parcel, the printer destroys it, and we cannot send it again.
Timing
We make each canvas after you order it. Production usually takes 5–8 business days. Basic transit usually takes another 2–6 business days. Peak periods may take longer.
Damaged, misprinted or lost
If your canvas arrives damaged or misprinted, write to us within 48 hours of delivery. Send four photos: the whole piece, the back, the damage up close, and the shipping label. If your parcel has not arrived, write to us too. We can report a parcel lost about 14 business days after it ships. If we accept a claim for damage or a misprint, you choose what happens next. We reprint your canvas at no cost to you, or we refund it in full.
Return address
There isn’t one, because nothing comes back to us — so please check your address before you order.
Change of mind
We can’t take back a made-to-order item. No canvas is printed before you order it. That is why none can go back on a shelf. One with the coat you selected and your words on it can’t be sold to anyone else. If we got the coat you selected or your text wrong, write to us. We read every message.
Cancelling an order
Changed your mind before we print? Write to us within 6 hours of ordering and we will cancel it and refund you in full. After that the file may already be with the printer. Write to us anyway — if it has not gone to production, we can still cancel it.
