Is the frame included?
Only if you choose a frame. The canvas is always on stretcher bars, sold without a frame or with a floater frame in black, white, natural or brown. We have not set the frame price yet.
Damaged, misprinted or lost
If your canvas arrives damaged or misprinted, write to us within 48 hours of delivery. Send four photos: the whole piece, the back, the damage up close, and the shipping label. If your parcel has not arrived, write to us too. We can report a parcel lost about 14 working days after it ships. Replacement and refund policy to be confirmed.
