Delivery, cancellation and damaged items
Production usually takes 5–8 business days. Basic transit usually takes another 2–6 business days. Peak periods may take longer.
If we accept a claim for damage or a misprint, you choose what happens next. We reprint your canvas at no cost to you, or we refund it in full.
Changed your mind before we print? Write to us within 6 hours of ordering and we will cancel it and refund you in full. After that the file may already be with the printer. Write to us anyway — if it has not gone to production, we can still cancel it.
