We deliver to street addresses in the United States only — no P.O. boxes or military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses. Please check your address before you order. If a carrier cannot deliver a parcel, the printer destroys it, and we cannot send it again.

If your canvas arrives damaged or misprinted, write to us within 48 hours of delivery. Send four photos: the whole piece, the back, the damage up close, and the shipping label. If your parcel has not arrived, write to us too. We can report a parcel lost about 14 working days after it ships. Replacement and refund policy to be confirmed.

No. We make each canvas only after you order it, so it can’t be resold to someone else.
